Had to watch a YouTube video about Metapod to know what you were talking about. I don’t think Pokemon existed when I was a kid but Metapod isn’t a million miles away from what I imagined.

I believed that peas were the pupa of something similar to a butterfly or a moth. I refused to eat peas for years because I felt so bad eating little baby critters. I think my aunt might’ve “encouraged” me to think that.

My first email handle was poodlecruncher. It was referring to the harmonics shrieks my guitar made when I lightly touched the fret, and had the amp turned up. Got a few strange looks with that one.

I treat Chinese checkers with the same reverence and over-seriousness that chess players have towards chess. I’m not especially good at it, but I really enjoy it.

I think all the money should be taken out of all sport and spent on things that benefit everybody, not just athletes and sports fans. People can play sport as a hobby, like children do. That would remove the gender conundrum.
