It’s certainly at the upper end of their “wake him up for treats” range, which can extend back into the 4am area. And they know that if they wake me up, I’ll have to get up and go to the bathroom, at which point they also know that while I’m in the bathroom, they can get excited enough to start to wake up my wife, ensuring that I have to go get them treats.
