Laptops now use the internal main battery as a replacement of the cmos rs2032 battery (in a lot of em at least).
Not that such a low draw cause this level of drain. Maybe the battery is going out as well.

11 minutes to 55 seconds in their example is interesting. I’d wager this won’t do much for the consumer side, but enterprise…could save tons of time.
You’re still missing the point.
You can also setup local comms network for them and the bands they can operate in have better structural penetration vs most WiFi/cellular?
It also gives them a singular, simple device that won’t be confused for personal notifications like a smart phone.
Not everything needs to be bleeding edge. We still use forks and spoons cuz they just work.
Idk, it worked well for me. Been on fedora for a while now.
679 days since the last incident.
Oh dang, missed the part of this monthly.
Military numbers seem grossly undervalued
Was being sarcastic 🤣
I’ve been team red for a very long time. I’ve never thought of them as top of the line. CPU has shifted, but I’ve got no delusions about the GPU side. My 7800xt is great. Handles everything I need it for. I don’t care about Ray tracing. And I know its not comparable to most of the 40xx offerings.
Is your Nord VPN on? /S
Edit: Forgot this was sarcasm
I get that, forgot to mention that clicking the back button very very fast is what usually works for me.
Regardless, it’s annoying af
Not sure about that site specifically, but others that’s done it to me was easy to get around. Most of them are thwarted with basically double clicking the back button.
Or just some classic Tonies.
Yandex used to be really great. idk bout now though.
Its not for everyone, same as any other DE. I will say on portable devices it can be nice for staying out of the way.
Extensions are fairly easy to use too. Let’s you add and customize stuff. Honestly just spin up a fedora VM and see for yourself?
It’s nothing like the beloved gtk of old, but I don’t always agree with the hate.
I think Slipknot wrote a song about that lol
Two physical drives. Install windows first in one, then Linux on the other. If you don’t do this order windows boot manager will take over and you’ll have to boot Linux from bios.
The cheap dollar store stuff is basically just sugar wax. The better kind actually has flavor, isn’t chewy etc
Hard to say. But it’s something to consider. Lots of other worthwhile suggestions I see too. Hopefully it’s not a combination of things.
Let us know how it goes!
