Pizza is always fucking insanely overpriced. I feel like this wasn’t always the case…

This person was referencing the obtuse and infuriatingly repeated quote from Margaret Thatcher (rot in piss) “The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people’s money”.
I don’t think I need to point out exactly why this quote is stupid.
The protest isn’t intended to hurt the owner class. The protest is intended to draw attention to the issue. We’re talking about it therefore it’s an effective form of protest.
Without protests like this we go about our lives worrying about bills and ignore the literal apocalyptic catastrophe we’re nose-diving into.
To quote Homer Simpson:
Lisa! If you don’t like your job, you don’t strike. You just go in every day and do it really half-assed. That’s the American way.
New Vegas gets a pass because it was made in 18 months.
No one’s justifying Hamas here what the fuck are you smoking??
Conservatives make the world worse, they get booted out and liberals fail to fix it, they get booted out and then people look for a “strong man” who can cut through red tape and fix things once and for all.
The far right embodies that third person. An extra bonus of a far right rule is the Overton window lurches so far to the right that the conservatives can pretend to be centrist and the liberals pretend to be left-wing.
I suspect they mean capitalism with a light sprinkle of social safety nets.
As far as I recall, you need to perform 3 miracles that have to be verified (yes, I know lmao) by the Catholic church in order to be canonized (dubbed a saint).
Often times these aren’t major miracles with significant outcomes but picture a statue crying or the image of the person appearing on a slice of toast or whatever.
Some of those that work forces…
The reason why restaurant tipping is usually percentage based is because the level of service expected scales with the price of the items on the menu. The expectations on servers in fine-dining is a lot higher than a neighbourhood pub and so is the price.
It’s just extremely overused. There are other words that could be used but slammed makes it’s way into every second article which is becoming an indicator of a low effort article.
Dentists are not scientists though.
Ok fine ask the nice lady in the lab coat on those Colgate commercials instead.
Unironically the most important question
Because Apple ran a series of commercials comparing Mac to “PC” to differentiate themselves from the rest of the market but didn’t acknowledge other OSs besides Windows in this series.
Those ads played everywhere and now everyone associates the term PC with Windows.
I could have my timeline off but the first time I heard PC to refer to windows specifically was around the time these commercials aired.
If it’s a subjective matter then no. Like if you thought Blade Runner sucked I might disagree with your opinion but respect that it’s a matter of taste and so I won’t recommend you see the sequel.
If you’re just using “opinion” as a shield for something objective then yes I will. And I will laugh at you for thinking the sky is falling is a matter of opinion.
You can buy a 9v and open the case with some pliers and then boom. You go yourself some AAAAs
One thing that always jumps out to me with each of these is that these videos are all just a sequence of 3 second clips stitched together.
I know all film consists of discrete shots edited into a larger piece but there’s something mechanical about these. Like I’m watching a slide show that’s just been placed in chronological order.
