I’ve seen sites truncate when setting, but not on checking. So you set a password on a site with no stated limit, go to use said password, and get locked out. It’s infuriating

I’ve never had that happen with my 8 Pro. I’d assume that means it’s not air tight, so you might want to at least open a ticket with Google for it.

Really only SSH and sudo broke. sudo would still work but you’d have to re-enter your password every time. It was a painful experience and I’m glad I know better now.
