There is a common circle jerk for sure. Humans gonna human, it happens everywhere. However the question was honest if a bit rude sounding.

It isn’t really about edginess. People tend to continue believing in whatever religious preference (or none) they have unless something convinces them otherwise in whatever direction.
To an atheist’s point of view, it legitimately doesn’t make sense why someone would be religious when what they see is nonsense. It is a genuine confusion and not necessarily meant to be rude.
This isn’t just an atheist thing that happens, religious people can often not understand why someone would ever choose anything other than their religion. It doesn’t make sense to them either.
Those smiley fucks have got it coming, I swaer.
He may have been sued unjustly, but he also isn’t currently a paste at the bottom of the ocean, so who is really laughing now?
I have to do this command often at work and I can never remember the letters perfectly. This is actually useful, thanks!
A Dungeon & Daddies reference is not what I expected to see today either.
I like the way you think! I think we could do it cheaper though. You know how we have that spinney thing at NASA for the astronauts? Well what if we stand that straight up and accelerate it even faster to launch them into orbit? They will already be dead so the G’s taken on by the body should be fine.
As soon as they came out with scale, I knew core was going to be cut off when scale got good enough. There are just more possibilities with what you can do with Linux. The extra community support can not be understated as valuable to a profit driven company. At the end of the day, they gotta eat too and having one base system instead of two is the way they need to do it. The features are growing much faster on scale than they ever were on core in my opinion.
If it makes you feel better, you would be long dead before you ever hit the ground. Jumping from that point, you would still be in an ever so slightly declining orbit around earth. I am not sure how long it would take you to reenter but you would have died from the lack oxygen long before then. When you do get there, you will most likely burn up in the atmosphere spreading your ashes over whatever continent or ocean happens to be below you at the time. A great way in my opinion to do cremations with maximum spread.
Surprisingly this is not the first time I have seen a sentence like this.
As long as nobody tries to attack us again, we might just even stay out of the war permanently. I like the idea of helping prevent the takeover of a country by a bunch of other countries with a finger wiggle while saying “ah ah ah, not today!”
We already had the tanks to use. They aren’t getting used otherewise. While our military budget is ridiculous, if there were ever a great reason to spend it, supporting an ally to help knock down a world power such as Russia for significantly cheaper than we ever could on our own would be it. We don’t even have any American troops dying in this war.
We need healthcare, yes. But what we gain by helping Ukraine is not insignificant. Also it is the right thing to do, so more points there.
Sci fi or not, I kinda want them to get this one figured out ahead of time. It is kinda like assuming that a convicted felon could never be President. You wouldn’t think that rule would need to exist because come on, how could a country possibly want to elect a convicted felon? Its a completely ridiculous notion that could absolutely never happen.
