I understood it as the defense attorneys of the other 50 men being charged. They don’t all have the same attorney.

Nanowrimo is already in flames because of last years ‘groomer mod’ scandal. Why would they choose now to weigh in on such a controversial topic rather than working on filling all the staff vacancies, rebuilding trust in their community, and developing new volunteers to replace all the ones they fired and ghosted? All they’ve got to do here is keep their mouths shut and rebuild the damn organization and they can’t even do that…
It’s only in the past few years that “two or more” races became an option on most demographic forms. Even into the early 2000s most demographic forms only let you pick one category so you had to make a choice. The 2024 number may more accurately account for mixed race people but there is no way that 80s number does at all.
Source: was a confused mixed child asking adults which I should pick on official forms and just got shoulder shrugs and hand waving from them.
It’s not the job of women to put themselves in potentially dangerous situations for the betterment of men. Women not wanting to be easily assaulted is “hurting men” is a disgusting take and says some truly awful things about you.
Didn’t Sparta have a similar belief as far as honoring women who died in childbirth equally to men who died in battle?
If you think the 19 year old having sex repeadly with a 13 year old is a “non rapist” then that says a lot about you and none of it good.
What point am I misunderstanding? You claimed double jeopardy applies. It does not. Not representing your country in the Olympics does not count as an official punishment for the same act.
That’s not how double Double Jeopardy works (Netherlands also has a different name for it). It prevents you from being tried twice for a crime for which you’ve been acquitted/convicted. It does not prevent a country from refusing to have you represent them on the world stage.
I have had some involvement in very similar rifle shooting and there is obviously crossovers with pistol shooting. Honestly the fact that you consider those glasses a “gray area” of cheating made me snort laugh. No one in that sport would consider that even close to cheating. Full stop. I’m not trying to be rude but you clearly know nothing about this sport. Those glasses are ubiquitous in many types of competitive shooting at this level especially air pistol/rifle.
In fact if you think this is cheating you need to see what rifle shooters wear because those rules allow way more gear (including your “grey area” glasses).
Also you don’t need something tied to your finger to feel your heart rate…You can clearly see your heart rate in your sights (yes, even irons). It could be a counter balance if it was measured perfectly but that’s risky because if her stance changed at all it could pull her off. I’m honestly surprised her coaches let her risk having that thing at all. It looks like a liability to me.
Edit: I just went back and looked a d there’s no way that things a counter weight. It would need to be close to the weight of that pistol to be helpful. Air pistols are light but they aren’t “stuffy” light.
First Asian President
I thought he was working on a scene and not “goofing around” when the incident occurred. Was he actually just playing with the “prop” gun?
The background companies we go through here in the US aren’t “random people” and you sign a release of that information for them when they start that background check. So you’ve given them permission to access that info on you. I don’t know what HRs your dealing with but if it’s random hiring managers asking you then they have no idea what’s in a typical background check anyway.
Most big background check service companies are checking your criminal history directly with the court houses of where you’ve told them you’ve lived. Many will also verify your past employment directly with those companies as well. Depending on the company/job title they may also be checking your credit score/bankruptcy history or verifying degrees with universities as well. They don’t care about what data brokers have on you because they’re getting verification on things directly from official sources.
I don’t know if you’re worried that your too “locked down” privacy wise for a background check to clear? I wouldn’t worry because if you’re using your countries equivalent of a SSN and living “on the grid” but not online at all they’ll still be able to get the info they need/want anyway. I’ve had employees who didn’t even have emails or own phones/computers clear background.
It’s worded poorly, the article is saying that he maintained the “normal weight” of 180 pounds after he finished fasting and didn’t gain it all back again once he started eating.
You don’t get spousal support because someone was a sperms donor to you or had a short term affair with you. That’s not how spousal support works.
Episode 31 of the Data Over Dogma podcast covers some of the issues with the “10” commandment. If you haven’t checked them out you may be interested.
Edit: sorry I should have double checked the spelling, it’s fixed now!
A third of vegetables grown in the US come from California and an even higher percentage of fruits and nuts.
Except she didn’t, she gave his name to the cops as a potential suspect under intense questioning. I’m not sure how you can justify that being slander.
This isn’t the uniform they would wear for actual boots on the ground warfare. These people are the equivalent to the navy not the army or marines. Snipers arent picking Admirals off regularly on their own ships. If they went “ashore” it would make sense to have different uniforms unless they were knowingly doing a diplomatic mission on that particular plant at that time. Then you wear a dress uniform. There’s a reason dress uniforms look different from ACUs.
Not the person you were talking too, but I think where you’re losing people is that no one else is looking at his face and thinking “measles”…there is a picture in the article and that’s not what measles looks like…at all. In any way. Your continued insistence that it “might be contagious” when no reasonable person would come to that conclusion really makes it look like your trying to use an excuse to be uncomfortable with the guy for daring to be in public.
Also stop trying to equate this with coughing. No one whose made it to adulthood thinks this guy has any sort of contagious pox, that not what they look like and it doesn’t take a doctor to know that.
