You did buy something, a digital license that comes with it’s own terms.
I agree with you by the way but it’s been 20 years and people still act surprised about this stuff.
I don’t know what I’m doing but I’m here now…

I’m all for these lawsuits etc but people need to wake up to the fact they don’t own anything digital, it’s been this way for years now so no excuses.
When an island off the coast of Ireland is invaded by bloodsucking aliens, the heroes discover that getting drunk is the only way to survive.
Also The Siege of Jadotville but probab
Irish Commandant Pat Quinlan leads a stand off with troops against French and Belgian Mercenaries in the Congo during the early 1960s.
Not exactly “hidden gem” but definitely not well known.
There are a couple interesting names on the list but otherwise it’s not very useful.
Honestly the first few hours are a bit of a chore but keep going.
This is great news. Death Stranding is in my all time top 10 so highly recommend it to anyone tempted on Xbox.
My mistake then. I guess that shows how uninterested in achievements I am…
100 hours for only 0.1%. I don’t particularly like achievements anyway but these ones are just stupid.
I’m not particularly a fan of either re-makes or full remastered but I’m a big fan or, for example, when Xbox upgraded the resolution and FPS or backwards compatible games.
I would love to see Metal Gear Solid The Twin Snakes again and have a similar service on Switch for GameCube games.
Future Cop L.A.P.D
I can get behind this. FC hold up very well and is an amazing game that I think is mostly forgotten by now.
Wreckfest multiplayer is great. Getting in to 1st position makes me sweat just trying to survive the carnage! It normally ends badly but it’s so much fun.
There were many great racers around the Xbox 360 era and before. I feel like since then I can count on one hand the amount of good ones.
I think it just not as popular anymore but then also if they don’t make them we can’t play them!
Wreckfest, Circuit Superstars, Art of Rally, EA WRC are some excellent newer games to try.
Plex is good and the Plexamp app for music is excellent.
I’m not going to buy it (there was a time where I would though) but I do like all this kind of stuff from Nintendo.
is your PFP yellowboze?
Yes it is.
I can see why you felt that but all the characters in both games are so wonderful that to me it was the opposite feeling.
Psychonauts didn’t come to mind but it’s actually a really good suggestion.
Mass Effect series.
It’s easy to avoid the worst offenders. Also “live service” is a very broad term and covers a lot.
One aspect that I really don’t like is when games just seem to hang on too long with updates and/or DLC. Be proud to finish the game and move on to something new (looking at you The Long Dark…)
The question can be asked for most things in life really so just do both options. Generally I’m a “value for money” gamer now but If something catches my eye I will make an effort to support it.
I agree with all the replies I’m getting but people are literally going round in circles with the outrage over digital licenses.
Buy physical, backup your media, download illegally or do what you need to do to show businesses that things need to change.
