The Supreme Court has rejected an emergency appeal from Republicans that could have led to thousands of provisional ballots not being counted in Pennsylvania.
If anything, the closest we have to “good guys” in US politics would be the Bernie Sanders - AOC wing of the Democrats.
Even the most “progressive” Republicans are still backwards thinking bootlickers - “small government” and “states’ rights” to enforce their narrow world view.

The AfD might be to the left of the American Republican party these days (and not because the AfD has gotten more progressive).
I wouldn’t say either party are the “good guys”, but the Republicans are the worse of the two, and it isn’t even close.
